Description: We took this Lombardi press to a whole new level with our LED curing systems. 

Installed on a chill drum with no drilling or path modification required, the overall installation improvements were numerous:

• Higher chill temperature than original (22°C compared to 15°C)
• No registration issues at any speed / power and with any substrate / color
• Maximum energy savings with perfect curing starting from less than 20% of LED power
• Simple press startup as there’s no color vibration
• No register adjustment needed from the minimum to production printing speed
• Lots of spare power available for more difficult colors to cure
• Lower energy required from the chiller to keep the drum cooler (because of high temperature and lower energy retransmitted to the drum from the LED)
• Perfectly stable in any condition thanks to water cooling of the LED and drum
• No difference in printing from the beginning to end of shift
• Repeatability easier than ever because of the simplicity of the control panel
• Quick cleaning and repath thanks to the tilting solution of the LED without disassembling it and getting access straight to the drum
