For the Steinemann DPE DM-Uniliner 3D digital varnishing and metallization machine, we custom-engineered our Magnum UV system to meet its unique requirements in label finishing. This includes a 1,100mm air-cooled design with 200W/cm power output, a fully slidable configuration, and an integrated IR filter for efficient sheet removal.

Our Magnum systems deliver top-tier performance across emission, peak output, and temperature stability on the web. Each unit is powered by the iPower D XL 24kW, ensuring optimal efficiency and reliability.

Designed for digital embellishment finishing, this solution supports both varnishing and cold foil applications—enhancing print quality at high speed.

The DM-UNILINER 3D was also demonstrated this week with our Magnum UV systems at the Hunkeler Innovationdays 2025.
