UV Ray ha installato una gamma di rivestimenti UV ad eccimeri e applicazioni di indurimento superficiale. Le caratteristiche includono un'emissione estremamente omogenea su tutta la lunghezza della lampada senza aree vuote o ridotte, e un eccezionale raffreddamento della lampada poiché il design del riflettore mantiene sotto controllo la temperatura della lampada.
Disponibile anche con riflettori ad eccimeri UV Ray è la nostra soluzione di generatore di azoto per fornire gas di azoto costante e di elevata purezza per lavare la camera ad eccimeri per un effetto ultra opaco. La camera di azoto garantisce che un basso livello di ossigeno residuo passi nel riflettore senza disperdere azoto, con conseguente costo operativo molto inferiore. Ciò garantisce anche l'omogeneità dell'azoto con applicazioni a banda larga.
Il processo di rivestimento ad eccimeri può includere anche il riflettore ad arco Magnum di UV Ray e la lampada MaxLED per il pretrattamento/pregelificazione, l'indurimento superficiale e ultra opaco e la polimerizzazione finale.
