UV Ray to show new suite of power supplies and latest UV LED curing technology at Labelexpo Europe

At Labelexpo Europe on stand 6E54, UV Ray will unveil its new PowerMaxx suite of power supplies, engineered in-house based on its 20+ years experience to offer printers the highest energy efficiency and environmental compatibility in a compact design.

PowerMaxx will be available in three versions: Pure (Hybrid or LED only version), Hybrid (UV/LED + fan drive) and LED (up to 3xLED in an independent unit). The LED integrated control reduces up to 70% space requirement with a weight reduction that translates into less shipping costs and occupied footprint in the factory.

Also on the UV Ray stand will be its MaxLED curing lamps that can adapt to a range of UV applications and industries thanks to their robust, compact and lightweight technology, modular configuration, and power managed with the utmost accuracy and high efficiency. With the hybrid option, the same LED technology makes the UV cassette swappable between conventional UV and LED, available in any three wavelengths: 275nm, 365nm, or 395nm. LED retrofits are also available to bring older printing presses up to date to improve efficiency and reduce cost.

UV Ray will also present its flagship lineup of Atom and Maxwell dichroic reflectors with borosilicate glass, available with multiple coating options for a range of applications, proven in narrow web and digital printing applications world-wide.
